Dedicated Resources and Policies
We have established a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) framework with dedicated HSE resources across all the countries in which we operate and Pollution Control Officers in the Philippines. Our operations are guided by specific HSE Policies, Procedures, and guidelines to ensure safety and sustainability at every level.
Assurance and Awareness Development
We prioritise HSE assurance and awareness with key training programs, including ISO 45001 awareness, onsite safety, near-miss management, defensive driving, and safety leadership. Since 2023, our Contractor Safety Management System has ensured compliance and safety awareness among contractors and partners.
Audits and Compliance Checks
We ensure safety and reliability through dynamic risk profiling conducted during routine preventive maintenance. Comprehensive audits, including power inspections, safety operations audits, and HSE compliance assessments, uphold high standards across our sites.
Tower Integrity Programme (TIP)
The Tower Integrity Programme (TIP) is supported by clear guidelines and tower engineering software licenses, ensuring robust tower management. Annual site assessments under TIP verify structural integrity, with structural loading evaluations integrated into the co-location process.
Cybersecurity
We finalised a comprehensive cybersecurity policy and framework, supported by enhancements implemented with expert partners, including vulnerability testing and compliance with Malaysia's new cybersecurity law.
Leveraging Technology
To ensure seamless compliance and operational efficiency, we are digitising procedure implementation and reporting through the ISAAC platform. This digital transformation enables us to uphold our commitment to safety, reliability, and excellence.
