The Board Audit & Risk Committee (BARC) ensures strong governance and effective risk management at EdgePoint Infrastructure. It is responsible for approving governance-related policies and overseeing internal audits and investigations, fostering transparency and accountability across the organisation.
Internal Audit
Our Internal Audit function operates independently, providing objective assessments of operations. Key responsibilities include conducting risk-based audits aligned with an annual plan, independent reporting to the BARC for unbiased insights, and undertaking investigations at the request of the Board of Directors or management. These measures reinforce our commitment to transparency, integrity, and accountability across all operations.
Business Ethics
Our Code of Conduct ensures all employees and third parties uphold ethical practices. Our KYC process for vendors, Personal Data Protection Policy, and Whistleblowing Policy reinforce transparency, secure data handling, and provide channels to report unethical behaviour.
