JAKARTA, 26 May 2026: PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (“Centratama”), a subsidiary of EdgePoint Infrastructure (“EdgePoint”), today announced key leadership transitions effective July 1st, in its senior leadership team with Jacopo Rigamonti assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer and Kania Mustikasari appointed as Director and Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer. Following their resignations in April, current Chief Executive Officer Raymond Yan and Chief Operations Officer Jim Burns will be stepping down on 30 June 2026, before transitioning into advisory roles for a short period of time to support a smooth handover. The transition reflects the company’s continued focus on leadership continuity and long-term value creation across Indonesia’s digital infrastructure sector. 

In his new role, Jacopo will lead Centratama’s overall business, with a focus on value creation and growth, strengthening customer partnerships, advancing infrastructure innovation and continuing the company’s expansion across Indonesia. Kania Mustikasari will continue to drive the company’s organizational development and enhance the overall standing of the company.

Aside from strengthening coverage nationwide, milestones under Raymond’s and Jim’s leadership include delivering industry-leading EBITDA margins, successful 5G In Building Coverage solutions deployments at high density commercial hubs in North Jakarta and growing the Fixed Wireless Access and non-MNO businesses.

Centratama also announced the appointment of Dato’ Charon Wardini Mokhzani as an Independent Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners of PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, further strengthening governance and strategic oversight within the company. Dato’ Charon’s appointment will take effect from 30 June 2026. He currently serves as Chairman of Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad Group and Chairman of EXIM Bank Malaysia. His prior roles include Group Managing Director of MIDF, Founding Managing Director of Khazanah Research Institute, and senior leadership positions within the CIMB Group, including CEO of CIMB Investment Bank Berhad. His extensive experience across financial services, investment management, strategy, governance, and regional business leadership will be especially valuable in guiding the company.

All appointments were approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on the 26th of May, 2026.
