Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 2 April 2024 – EdgePoint Towers Sdn Bhd, part of EdgePoint Infrastructure (“EdgePoint”), the ASEAN-based independent telecommunications infrastructure company, has partnered with Celcom Timur Sabah (“CT Sabah”) to provide last-mile infrastructure, as part of their commitment to enhancing connectivity in East Malaysia.
Through this partnership, CT Sabah will connect its backbone network with EdgePoint’s telecommunications infrastructure at an estimated 50 sites in Sabah. This collaboration will also enable EdgePoint to offer complete fiberised structures for mobile network operators (MNOs) by connecting their existing and upcoming structures across the state to CT Sabah’s fibre network.
