Jakarta – July 29, 2022 – PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (“Centratama”) – the third largest independent towerco in Indonesia and a member of the EdgePoint Group (“EdgePoint”), a leading ASEAN-based independent telecommunications infrastructure company, has appointed telecommunications executive Arief Mustain as an Independent Commissioner on its Board of Commissioners. In his new role, Arief will be part of a five-person Board of Commissioners supervising Centratama’s Board of Directors in the day-to-day management and operations of the company.

Prior to this appointment, Arief was most recently the Director and Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at PT Indosat, Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo). His three-decade career in the telecommunications industry includes more than 20 years in telco service and operations, five years in broadband infrastructure strategy and deployment, and five years in digital telco strategy and innovation.
He brings three decades of experience to one of Indonesia’s largest independent towercos
