EdgePoint’s Reference Access Offer (RAO) consists of facilities and services on the Commission Determination on Access List (Determination No. 2 of 2015) that EdgePoint makes available to other telecommunication operators and/or access seekers as licensed by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.
